We established ProjectShum Science to understand education commercialization better.
• A major media corporation wanted to find areas to grow in market show, so we subsequently conducted extensive market research based on our knowledge management system to identify key drivers in the industry. We developed a simulating media-like environment Miley5! Weekly to research sub-markets and psychology in entertainment, along with Selena Gomez Music to better understand the teen media market.
• Following the global financial crisis, an major science research laboratory was having difficulty defining new areas of medical research and development, so we initiated Waverly Labs to better understand the world of research, and key personnel committed to attending University courses part-time in science to better develop their knowledge. The medical firm eventually found new human resourcing opportunities, and attained 300% growth in annual sales revenue the following year.
